What Is Dark Matter?
Cosmologists believe that only 5% of the universe is visible and that it is made up of ordinary matter that forms things like stars, planets, and galaxies. But no one knows what “dark matter” is.
There is a belief that it emits no light and covers roughly 25% of the known universe. It is one of the most pressing scientific questions that currently have no answer.
What Is Dark Energy?
Speaking of dark, there is the matter of “dark energy.” It is believed to be the majority of the content in the universe, up to 70% of everything. But no one knows what it is or what it does. It is believed to be gravity-repellant and suggests that there are new physical laws beyond the ones we are currently familiar with.
How Will the Universe End?
There is a theory about the beginning of the universe, but not so much about how things will come to an end. There are a few different scenarios like the Big Freeze, the Big Crunch, or the Big Rip. Suggestions about how the known universe could come to a close. But the thought is that human civilization will probably be gone before time itself ends.
Is There a Multiverse?
This is a popular subject in superhero movies, but some astrophysicists believe it could be possible. It states that there are an infinite number of universes. Despite this thought process, there is no discernable proof of a multiverse.
